This fun cape is perfect for a simple halloween costume or for every day dress up play. Hand cut eel cape with attached hood. Made from aqua fleece, hood has hand cut felt eyes, one yellow, one white. Two white fangs finish the look. Cape attaches at front with velcro so it is child safe.

Cape measures about 18 inches wide, and 28 inches long.
