Copper Republic distillery's small batch, distinctively dry, aromatic gin is a fusion of African and traditional botanicals. A mix of eleven botanicals inspired by the Cape Floral Kingdom of the Western Cape of South Africa and fused with traditional herbs and spices grown for centuries in the rich red soils of the land. Nose: Aromatic tones of juniper and coriander seed.

Palate: Smooth on the palate with uniquely African notes of fynbos, wild rosemary, confetti bush and buchu plant.

Finish: Sweet citrus peel and honeybush notes linger.
